Jackie not only helps her client's gain strength and endurance, but improves their overall health with a nutritional approach to fitness. Jackie implements a nutritional program that greatly improves the health of her clients.

Jackie continues to be a part of many of her client’s lives to this day, and she helps new individuals and corporate clients that are determined to make a life change. Jackie sees on a daily basis how she helps her clients make a positive difference in their lives.

For nearly two decades, Jackie has been improving the lives of many dedicated Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey residents. She is selective about the clients she accepts into her programs.

Jackie admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that achieving results takes an enormous about of discipline and determination. However, Jackie's techniques soften the blow by making training and nutrition fun, adventurous, and a bit different each time.
